Everyone’s favourite team member is Charlie - our most loyal and fun-loving team member! Charlie is a Jack Russell dog who always gives each of our guests the very warmest of welcomes each day when they arrive. Charlie likes to entertain our guests who can enjoy playing and talking to Charlie and benefit from the therapeutic effects of stroking him and his companionship.
At Chrysalis Day Support our ambition is to maximise the happiness, well-being and abilities of our guests. We work closely in active, collaborative, partnership with the families of our guests to ensure that we are able to best support the needs of the individual. It is important to us that families are reassured that their loved one is in good care and we regularly report back to families on the progress of their family member; enabling an informed holistic approach to be taken for the individual’s overall care programme.
